Returns and Refunds
Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, the Consumer is required to clearly declare his intention to withdraw from this contract by sending Relish a communication to this effect, within the terms indicated, to the following email address: e- commerce@relish.it

In case of withdrawal, the Customer is required to send the products to Relish within 14 days of withdrawal, to the following address Relish.it Cis di Nola isola 1 block 174 - 80035 Nola (NA), Italy . The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and (preferably) in the original packaging (envelopes and packages), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:
the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g. accessories, complements, etc...);
- for withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, tags, seals, etc...);
- the shipping costs (and any customs costs, if any) for returning the goods will be the sole responsibility of the Customer. If he prefers to have a refund for the item or items he returns, he will have to go to any shipping company and pay the shipping costs at his own expense. made.

If the customer chooses the coupon voucher option, instead of refunding by bank transfer or card, the return shipping costs will be paid by RELISH.it and free for the customer.
The coupon can be spent on the RELISH.IT website within 6 months of receiving it via e-mail and cannot be combined with other coupon vouchers.
On orders in which a coupon voucher has already been used, it is possible to use the return solution again with our courier, we will send another return label to the customer, but a contribution of €4.90 will be deducted from the voucher.
The third time an order is made using a coupon that exceeds €149 (limit for obtaining free shipping) the customer will pay the shipping and any cash on delivery costs (if payment is made with the latter method). - the shipment, until receipt is certified in the warehouse indicated by Relish, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Relish will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain the relevant reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
- Relish will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during or in any case in connection with the return shipment.
Relish will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree. 21/14), within 15 days of withdrawal, through a cancellation procedure of the debited amount, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not bear any costs as a consequence of said reimbursement.
For all payment options, in the event of a return, a refund via Coupon voucher to be spent on the Relish.it website is also an option.
In which the customer who does not prefer the coupon voucher and has purchased by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the user will have to communicate the relevant bank details to make the refund which will ONLY be carried out by bank transfer.
Relish may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer demonstrates that he has correctly sent the product back, whichever is earlier.
In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Relish ascertains that:
- the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
- the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
- the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.).
