Purchase methods

The products offered for sale by Relish are only those present on the Relish website at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.

In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the description of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example. by color and size (also based on the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view the images).

To place an Order, the Customer must complete the relevant form on the Site in its entirety and send it after having carefully read the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or products he intends to purchase. The Customer must also request Relish, if desired, to issue a tax invoice relating to the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 Presidential Decree n. 633/1972.

The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Relish by means of a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will summarize the purchase conditions, as required by applicable law, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the Customer can verify the same and possibly communicate the necessary corrections of incorrect data without delay.

Prices and Payment Methods

The prices indicated on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment costs are in any case communicated in advance to the Customer through the site or these Conditions.


The following payment methods are available:

For payment, the customer can use the Paypal circuit according to its specific methods.

(--) Credit card
In cases of purchasing goods with credit card payment method, the transaction can take place through the SHOPIFY PAYMENTS secure server or another secure server chosen by Relish.
In no case and at no stage of the payment will Relish be able to know the information relating to the Customer's credit card, transmitted via a protected connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction. No Relish computer archive will retain such data and therefore under no circumstances can Relish be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.

(--) Cash on delivery:
It is therefore necessary to have the exact cash for the overall total of your order at the time of delivery, as the courier does not give change.
Cash payment on delivery has a surcharge, the amount is €3.00.
ATTENTION: It is important to enter the exact shipping address to avoid stock and delays of your order. NB: As regards the maximum limits to be respected for cash on delivery payments, the maximum amount is 2,999 euros, as required by the 2017 anti-money laundering regulations, contained in Legislative Decree 90/2017.
