Delivery of orders is expected between 1/3 working days from the moment the order is processed by our warehouse.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon completion of your order. If you don't receive it, check your spam box. If it is not found in spam, check that you have provided all the data correctly and that your payment was successful.
Yes, we assure you maximum security of your data. All transactions are processed by secure systems to ensure purchases with complete peace of mind.

The accepted payment methods are: PayPal, credit/debit cards and cash on delivery.
Shipping is free for orders of an amount equal to or greater than €149 (for cash on delivery there is always a cash on delivery cost of €3 )
For amounts under €149, shipping costs €5.90 for payments by card or Paypal. If you choose to pay on delivery, the cost is €5.90 + €3 cash on delivery costs = €8.90.
We usually take 1-2 working days to prepare an order. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email confirming shipment and another email from the BRT courier to track your order.
Direct exchange is not possible. You can make the return by choosing one of the two methods.
Here are the two return options in brief:
you can choose between free returns with a digital coupon voucher of the same amount to spend on our site within 6 months (only in this case we collect with our BRT courier) or return at your expense and refund of the amount with the same method with which you paid paid (this way we are just waiting for your return, you have to choose how to ship).
The package must be sent or collected within 15 calendar days from the day of delivery of the same.

Refunds are made within 5 working days of the date of delivery of the return to our warehouse.
