All of a sudden we find ourselves living a new reality, sometimes disoriented and unprepared to face this long period.
We therefore thought we would group together (at least) 10 things that could help us spend this time at home in a stimulating and proactive way.
1 - Take care of your beauty routine
It's the right time to carefully dedicate yourself to your beauty routine . Masks, tonics and exfoliating creams will be your daily pampering and if accompanied by a hot bath, closing your eyes will feel like you are in a spa! Also take advantage of it to do the scrub and that anti-cellulite algae compress that has to dry for half an hour and you never have the time (or the patience, or the desire) to do.
2 - Learn to take the perfect selfie
Looking good in selfies is possible, but not immediate, not without implementing some precautions and with some essential tricks:
take photos from the side of your best profile. We all have a better profile than the other. Use the camera on the back for better resolution. Choose the background carefully. Look for the right light, the perfect light is the one that reaches your face without creating shadows under your nose or eyes. Filters yes but in moderation. Filters and photo editing are fine, but if you want to take a good selfie, first of all worry about feeling good yourself. Funny poses... Even when it comes to selfies, it's important not to take yourself too seriously. Or at least, not always :-)
3 - Do physical activity (Casa is the new gym)
Gyms are closed, but training can also be done at home. Turn on the music and give free rein to your imagination by dancing, jumping or simply trying to recreate your card at home.
4 - Stock up on good films
The closed cinemas are a torment for film lovers, but staying at home is a good opportunity to see some of those films that you missed in the theater in recent years or those masterpieces from the past that you haven't seen for too long!
5 - It's time to read
Take the opportunity to read a good book . Nowadays reading is increasingly difficult so grab a good book from the library or download an audio book. You certainly won't regret it!
6 - Play with your animals
If you have a pet you will certainly not feel alone. The company of a trusted friend who will always be around will help you not to feel that sense of emptiness that can accompany some moments. Now that you can dedicate more time to it, do it. You will both be happy about it.
7 - Learn something with an online course
Today there are truly many online courses you can follow for the most diverse topics. When the quarantine is over you will have an extra skill.
8 - Try new recipes
The kitchen is a place to express your creativity even if you are not very good at it. Download a recipe, it doesn't matter whether it's sweet or savory, the important thing is that something good comes out in the end!
9 - Online shopping
Shopping has never been so comfortable: from the sofa, sipping a herbal tea with a purifying mask on your face. Be ready for when you return to the office, to have an aperitif with friends, to dinner, to the park.
